Captain's Cafe is conveniently located in the Freeman Center, the University's state- of- the- art fitness pavilion and gymnasium. Captain's offers a delicious variety of entrees served on a choice of honey wheat or sun dried tomato wraps. For the premium sandwich connoisseur, Captain's entrees can also be served on a basil panini. When our students are looking for something a bit lighter, Captain's is proud to offer fresh fruit bowls, crisp salads, and soul warming soup.

Captain's is best known for their variety of fresh fruit smoothies, a campus wide favorite that keeps our students refreshed and recharged.

During athletic events, Captain's operates as a concessions stand serving traditional crowd pleasers such as popcorn, peanuts, nachos, candy, and unbeatable hotdogs.
